Running PR and managing the social media visuals for a Bangkok based restaurant gave me a front row seat to how fast paced and hands on digital marketing can be from photography to video editing to branding and PR. Unlike big campaigns with long lead times, this was all about reacting in real time promotions, local events, holidays, even weather. I had to quickly design posts, write copy, and schedule content that was relevant and visually appetizing (literally). I learned how to read the room, adjust strategies on the fly, and keep content consistent while still staying flexible  skills that are essential for any fast moving brand online.
