My Digital Marketing Journey Feels More Like a Thrill Ride Than School
Starting my digital marketing journey at Harbour.Space @UTCC this September felt less like “back to school” and more like jumping onto a speeding train except the train is loaded with SEO algorithms, brand strategies, and client deadlines that don’t wait for anyone. Spoiler alert: it’s chaotic, a little intimidating, but ridiculously exciting.
What surprised me? It’s not just about memorizing marketing buzzwords or pretending to know what “conversion funnels” mean. It’s real projects, real clients, and real consequences. I’m not just learning what digital marketing is, I’m learning how to think like a strategist who can solve problems creatively on the fly.
From untangling the mysteries of consumer behavior to crafting brand stories that don’t make people scroll away (finally!), every day feels like building a superpower toolkit. And honestly? Knowing I’m gaining skills that can actually help brands grow and connect with people that’s the real thrill.
So if you’re thinking digital marketing is all ads and hashtags, think again. It’s messy, it’s challenging, and it’s exactly where I want to be. Because this journey? It’s not just shaping my career it’s changing how I see the world.
My Journey
St. Andrews International
High school in Bangkok wasn’t about chasing a clear career path, it was about learning to adapt, balance competing priorities, and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Juggling academics, creativity, and social life taught me how to stay focused under pressure and navigate cultural differences with ease.
What I took away from that experience is the ability to work well with people from all walks of life, communicate across cultures, and bring flexibility into every project. It gave me a foundation that now translates into how I collaborate with clients, build campaigns that resonate globally, and adapt strategies to fit different markets.

Nuova Accademia delle Belle Arti (NABA)
Starting at NABA felt like stepping into an entire universe, media design, filmmaking, game design, animation, photography, marketing, and UX/UI all in one creative space. It was exciting but also unfamiliar, pushing me to quickly learn how to experiment, adapt, and collaborate across different disciplines.
When COVID hit in 2020, I had to return home for a year, which meant pressing pause on the usual university life. Coming back wasn’t simple, old friendships had faded, and starting again socially felt awkward. But that period became a turning point. I learned independence, resilience, and the value of building authentic relationships. I also sharpened skills in self-discipline, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication, skills that now help me navigate fast-changing digital landscapes and client needs.
Graduating in 2024 and landing my first marketing role with Cellotape Magazine in Milan gave me the perfect chance to put those lessons into action. It showed me how to combine creativity with strategy, stay resourceful under pressure, and hold on to values like perseverance, curiosity, and authenticity, qualities that continue to shape the way I approach every project and collaboration.

Harbour.Space University Institute of technology (HSU/UTCC)
Living in Bangkok while pursuing my MBA in Digital Marketing at Harbour.Space has been more than just an academic experience, it has been hands-on training in how to thrive in fast-moving, global environments. The city is full of opportunities to learn and adapt.
Working with international teams on group projects has sharpened my collaboration and communication skills, while also teaching me how to manage campaigns and strategies from multiple cultural perspectives. I’ve strengthened my ability to analyze consumer behavior, design content that connects across audiences, and apply data-driven insights to improve results.
From building digital campaigns in class to presenting strategies at networking events, I’ve learned how to combine creativity with analytics, adaptability with structure, and storytelling with measurable performance. Bangkok has given me the space to grow, turning theory into practice and progress into confidence as I develop into a marketer ready to deliver results on a global scale.
